Ms. Iglesias’ legal experience includes serving as an associate general counsel and head of compliance for mid-sized companies. As an in-house attorney, Hannah liaised with and helped supervise outside counsels (including multiple AmLaw 200 firms) in the areas of regulatory affairs, labor, land use, M&A, and antitrust.

She previously served as Director of Legislative Affairs for a New Jersey state lawmaker. While working for the State Legislature, she led the office’s policy analysis and participated in the drafting and advancement of legislation as well as constituent services. Ms. Iglesias was appointed to serve on Jersey City’s Ethical Standards Board from 2014-2018, during which tenure she served as Chairperson.

Ms. Iglesias holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (concentration in diplomacy) from The College of New Jersey.
